August 21-25 | Week 1

Breakfast

NO BREAKFAST THIS WEEK

LUNCH

CAJUN TURKEY CLUB

Toasted ciabatta bun, smashed avocado, bib lettuce, tomato. bacon. sliced cajun turkey, onion, sprouts, garlic aioli on the side with kale & apple slaw.

Dinner

ROASTED HONEY LEMON PEPPER CHICKEN WINGS

Roasted herb potatoes with garlic green beans.  


August 28- September 1 | Week 2

Breakfast

SAUSAGE EGG & CHEESE ON TOASTED WHOLE GRAIN ENGLISH MUFFIN

Cajun turkey sausage, eggs, caramelized onions and smoked gouda cheese, with southwest sweet potato hash and yogurt parfait OR Acai bowl.

Lunch

CHIPOTLE CHICKEN RICE BOWL

Cilantro, Basmati rice, sauteed corn, peppers and onions, black beans, pico, avocado and lime sauce on the side.

Dinner

TERIYAKI GLAZED MEATBALLS

Served with noodles and stir fried veggies.

Wave 2.

September 4- September 8 | Week 1

Breakfast

SOUTHWEST HASH BREAKFAST BOWL

Southwest hash, cheesy scrambled eggs. garlic steak bites and yogurt parfait OR Acai Bowl

LUNCH

CHIMICHURRI STEAK WRAP

Sun dried tomato wrap with smashed avocado, arugula mix, caramelized onions and peppers, cilantro rice, with sesame garlic broccoli.

Dinner

THAI CHILI SALMON BITES

Served with cilantro lime Basmati rice, and sauteed garlic green beans and mango salsa on the side. 


September 11- September 15 | Week 2

Breakfast

BACON & JALAPENO EGG BITES

(5) muffin size egg bites, served with yogurt parfait.

Lunch

JERK CHICKEN RICE BOWL

Red beans and rice, honey glazed  plantains and jerk chicken.

Dinner

ASIAN BEEF & BROCCOLI NOODLES

Made with whole grain  garlic Asian noodles.

Wave 3.

September 18- September 22 | Week 1

Breakfast

BLUEBERRY PROTEIN PANCAKES

Served with scrambled eggs, cajun turkey sausage, maple syrup and yogurt parfait.

LUNCH

BLACKENED CAESAR SALMON WRAP

Romaine lettuce, sliced onions, parmesan cheese, lemon parsley rice and blackened Caesar dressing.

Dinner

GRILLED LAMB CHOPS

Served with lemon garlic potatoes, zucchini 

and pepper medley.


September 25- September 29 | Week 2

Breakfast

CHURRO MAPLE SWEET POTATO PROTEIN WAFFLES

Served with scrambled eggs, blackened chicken and maple syrup.

Lunch

MEDITERRANEAN RICE BOWL

Served with lemon parsley Basmati rice, garlic lamb bites, sauteed peppers, mushrooms, pickled red onions, black olives, feta cheese and hummus on the side. 

Dinner

ITALIAN MEATBALL RAGU

Seasoned olive oil spaghetti, served with steamed garlic broccoli.

Wave 4.

October 2- October 6 | Week 1

Breakfast

ALL-STAR PROTEIN PACKED BREAKFAST

Peppered bacon, turkey sausage links, scrambled eggs, southwest hash and yogurt parfait.

LUNCH

BLACKENED CHICKEN BACON RANCH SANDWICH

Toasted Ciabatta bread, bibbed lettuce, smashed avocado, caramelized onions, tomato and bacon with side of ranch and side of honey maple roasted sweet potatoes.

Dinner

PEPPERED STEAK & RICE

Served with Furikake sticky rice, sesame garlic broccolini, sauteed peppers and hoisin sauce.


October 9- October 13 | Week 2

Breakfast

SUNDRIED TOMATO SPINACH AND FETA EGG WHITES

Served with smoked salmon and yogurt parfait.

Lunch

TERIYAKI CHICKEN THIGHS

Served with sesame garlic snow peas and roasted maple honey sweet potatoes.

Dinner

RED SNAPPER

Served with coconut rice and peas, side of kale and spinach mix.

Wave 5.

October 16- October 20 | FINAL WEEK

Breakfast

SOUTHWEST SWEET POTATO HASH BREAKFAST BOWL

Served with sauteed kale, scrambled eggs, and chorizo sausage.

LUNCH

BUTTER CHICKEN

Served with Basmati rice, and sauteed broccoli.

Dinner

SHRIMP SCAMPI

Served with olive oil garlic noodles, sun dried tomatoes, and sauteed asparagus.
